Lets Have a #realtalk from the eyes of Smam. Just like any other girl it seems Im constantly searching for a way to maintain a healthy weight. I dont say lose weight because that gives the idea I want a diet. Im not looking to go to extremes and restrict myself and live an unhappy life.
