Good thing that a keto diet allows for things like cream cheese and bacon. After a brief hiatus (where did the past week go?) I’ve returned. Last weekend was a long weekend in Canada so I was out of service camping for most of my time off. I was so proud of myself for how in control I was of my snacking… yes there were a few handfuls of chips a graham cracker rice crispy square or two and many beers consumed but I normally would have used camping as an excuse to totally derail myself (especially since I’d been in a bit of a plateau).
