Lets Have a #realtalk from the eyes of Smam. Just like any other girl it seems Im constantly searching for a way to maintain a healthy weight. I dont say lose weight because that gives the idea I want a diet. Im not looking to go to extremes and restrict myself and live an unhappy life. I -am- looking for a healthy way to live for ME in which I can create my own #balance . So how does one go about this? The fitness and health industry has so many options one Google search can send your head reeling with information and if youre like me then you go eat a snickers and say #fuckit I think the general consensus with most lifestyle choices is that you need a caloric deficit i.e. have your body intake less calories then your body requires to maintain its current weight or lose weight. Whether youre counting macros calories carbs… the result of the way youre eating with any of these is most likely a caloric deficit.
