There are so many diets and eating strategies out there that it can be easy to get them mixed up. Is one better than the other? No not really. One may suit one person very well and work horribly for another person. Quality and quantity of food is basically what it comes down to . Maybe a Paleo diet has worked wonders for one of your friends. Or you hear that Keto will make you drop a ton of fat. Honestly they can both work if youre consistently following them . How much weight you lose or gain long term will be driven by your average daily calorie intake and how good you feel will be driven by the quality of those calories . Theres no one size fits all solution. A friend of yours may drive a super fancy sports car and tells you over and over that you should get one too. Hes has no kids and youve got 3. Will that sports car fit into your lifestyle? Probably not. Maybe a nice SUV will be more ideal for you. Look at how you eat the same way.
