#FitFam, start your week right! As promised here is PART ONE of “How to Calculate Your #Calories.” This is the Basal Metabolic Rate formula and is basically the number of calories you would burn if you sat in bed all day. (**Remember, calorie is a measure of energy which is why food is measured in calories because food gives you energy to keep your body going.
